Story of a world of bubbles. One day Tokyo encounters a bubble rain. Where ever you look there are only bubbles. But this beautiful scene ends with an explosion. Tokyo becomes a mess. It becomes unpopulated. People leave Tokyo city. But the teen spirits who seek freedom come here for the thrilling experience of parkouring around Tokyo city. The gravity here is a bit of a loose one, but it is like a black hole in some places. Anyway, the main character Hibiki encounters a mysterious girl. She was never seen in this parkouring Tokyo city.
